1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using VidSniff you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
VidSniff aggregates publicly available YouTube ad creatives and exposes search, filtering and analytics on top of them. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the dataset.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
VidSniff branding, software and dataset structure are owned by us. Underlying ad creatives belong to their respective advertisers.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidSniff is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
